Mentorship
Mentorship is personalized education, professional development, and support for new and experienced yoga teachers. Yoga teachers always give – and often teach in a black hole with little to no expert/loving feedback and no trusted ongoing support.
Do you ever question your sequencing, class plan, assists, or how best to articulate a cue? Do you need help figuring out modifications, specific use of props, or regressions? Have you run into challenging classroom situations, tried to land a teaching job at a studio you did not train at, or need advice on getting or working with private clients? Would you love help or to have a ‘3rd eye’ to develop a specialized workshop, series, or Teacher Training?
Our mentorship program fills the void of what is missing for teachers between trainings and throughout the course of your teaching life, while creating a network of mentors/mentees that are purpose-driven to navigate the never-ending depths of yoga practice and the changing landscape of teaching yoga in modern times. Finding your voice as a teacher is an on-going process that we want support you in discovering.
Yogamaya Mentors are all Senior Level and active yoga teachers who have been teaching yoga full-time between 10-20+ years. We have seen it all and we have all “been there”.
Our mentorship programs are designed to help you reach your fullest potential and share what you love in the most excellent and empowered way.

I am passionate about helping teachers find or refine their voice and skills. My particular areas of expertise include: restorative yoga, pranayama, integrated sequencing, teaching beginners, teaching athletes, and finding your own voice.
I love nerding out about all things yoga!
