Big Juicy (Level 3) Big Juicy is for students with a mature, ongoing practice. You don't need to be able to nail a handstand in the middle of the room, but you do know what you can do and feel empowered to make those decisions. In Big Juicy you’ll get more complex poses and progressions, deeper variations, and dynamic sequences.
