Reiki II The second degree of Reiki represents a significant advancement in one’s Reiki practice, building upon the foundational skills learned in the first level. This intermediate stage delves deeper into the energetic mechanisms of Reiki, empowering practitioners with enhanced intuitive abilities and a more profound understanding of the flow of universal life force energy. Through the attunement process, second-degree Reiki students receive additional symbols that serve as catalysts for more intricate energy work. These sacred symbols can be used to amplify the healing power of Reiki, enabling practitioners to send energy remotely, clear blockages, and target specific areas or issues with laser-like precision. The second degree also introduces the concept of Reiki distant healing, which allows practitioners to transmit healing energy across time and space, benefiting clients who may be physically distant. This heightened level of Reiki training cultivates a stronger connection to the intuitive, spiritual aspects of the practice, fostering a more nuanced and insightful approach to energy work. Handstand Club - Fall Series Are you inversion curious? Handstand club is for regular yoga practitioners who want to play with a more concentrated handstand practice. Drills for strength, mobility, and balance. You should be comfortable in our level 2 classes and have a general sense that you want to handstand. Big Juicy (Level 3) Big Juicy is for students with a mature, ongoing practice. You don't need to be able to nail a handstand in the middle of the room, but you do know what you can do and feel empowered to make those decisions. In Big Juicy you’ll get more complex poses and progressions, deeper variations, and dynamic sequences.
