Partner Massage Workshop with Ambyr D'Amato $80/pair **(only one person needs to sign up, and your partner can sign our waiver upon arrival!) Join Ambyr (LMT, E-RYT 500) for a partner massage workshop inspired by Thai massage. This technique uses body weight, body listening, stretching, rocking, and deep pressure to achieve a goal of connection and relaxation. Ambyr will teach a warm up, an overview of technique, and then a 45 minute sequence - so each person in the pair will perform/learn and also receive a massage. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable or yoga clothes (ideally pants not shorts). Yogamaya has all the props we need. Please arrive safely and on time as there is "no late entry" to this class. 48 Hour Cancellation policy applies for this workshop. Big Juicy (Level 3) Big Juicy is for students with a mature, ongoing practice. You don't need to be able to nail a handstand in the middle of the room, but you do know what you can do and feel empowered to make those decisions.
