CAN I USE MY EXISTING MEMBERSHIP OR CLASS CARDS?
Yes.
IF I HAVE A CLASS CARD BUT WANT TO USE ONLINE CLASSES, HOW DO I DO THAT?
Simply purchase “Online Classes” and those classes will be applied to your online classes when you register. $18 for a single class, $80 for a 5 pack, $30 for 3 if you are new to Yogamaya.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MUST I REGISTER?
At least 10-min prior to the class start time, the earlier the better.
HOW DO I USE ZOOM?
You can access your ZOOM links from your phone (download the ZOOM app first).
You can access your ZOOM links from your computer. Follow the link it will ask you permission to open the ZOOM app on your computer – say yes to enter the meeting.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ZOOM LINKS?
You will receive your link at both 15-min & 5-min prior to the exact class start time. If you do not see your link by 5-min before the class start time, check your spam. If you still do not receive the link, email us here.
WHAT IF I LOST TRACK OF TIME AND TRY TO ENTER THE LIVESTREAM LATE?
You will not be able to join the class 5-minutes or more after the class start time.
WHAT IF I HAVE TECH ISSUES?
We highly recommend entering the meeting “waiting room” as soon as you get the links. This will give you time to ensure you have no tech issues. If you have issues entering the meeting, email us here and will try to assist you.
WILL THE CLASSES BE RECORDED?
No.
AM I REQUIRED TO SHARE MY VIDEO?
No, of course not. But we appreciate & recommend you do! It helps to see bodies moving and your pets.
AM I MUTED?
Yes, all participants are muted upon entry.
