Join Gina Benson & Liz Walsh for a women’s circle, creating space for movement, ritual, and connection. Holding a circle with a sacred center is the oldest known form of social interaction. Although practices have varied across cultures, women have carved out these intentional spaces for millennia on every continent to honor the rhythms of nature and life.
We gather on November 1 — a sacred day in many cultures and traditions — to honor transformation and sovereignty. Rooted in yoga and the ancient practice of gathering in a circle, we’ll make space to listen inward, be witnessed, and rediscover that community is medicine.
Each gathering will center around a theme and include a short asana practice, guided breathwork, co-creating an altar, readings from inspiring literature, time to share in the circle, and time to restore. There is never any pressure to speak; we practice listening without advice, interruption, or fixing, allowing whatever is present to be witnessed and held.
Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a journal. You’re also invited to bring a small object for the altar — perhaps something that represents an intention, something you’d like to call into your life, or a photo or object that holds meaning for you. You’ll take it home again at the end of the evening.
Come as you are.
In keeping with the spirit of this gathering, we want this circle to be accessible to all. If you feel called to join us but cost is a genuine barrier, enter the promo code CIRCLE50 at checkout for 50% off. No explanation or proof required.
