Substance over script. Thoughtfulness that keeps it real.

This training and mentorship helps yoga teachers become clearer, more confident, and more impactful. You’ll refine your sequencing, learn to speak with purpose, and learn to cue what you actually see—rather than rely on memorized cues.

With plenty of sequencing and teaching practice and feedback, you’ll build confidence and teach in a way that feels natural and connected.

This training is for anybody who has graduated from any 200hr Teacher Training and wants to build your “in the room” teaching skills.

4-weekends, Saturdays & Sundays, limited space.

Want to know more about how we think about teaching?
A great class sequence written on paper still needs you, the teacher, to bring it to life—to walk into the room and respond to the people in front of you—adjusting in real time, and co-creating something that is alive. It’s your ability to hold a clear vision while remaining open to the moment and the unique human beings in front of you.

The heart of teaching a great yoga class is multi-layered, like a collage. In this training, we’ll explore the two key elements—sequencing and teaching— that will enable you to craft a cohesive story in your classes. We will teach you a framework that allows for your complete creativity while providing a clear structure and specific tools for building and teaching classes that are intelligent, meaningful, and physically feel good.

Even a well-crafted class sequence written on paper still needs you—the teacher—to bring it to life. You infuse life into your class with how you curate and articulate everything in your class. From your cues, your yoga philosophy, your demonstrations, your presence in the room, your overall point of view, to the atmosphere you create—music, lighting, temperature, and more. Combined, we consider all of these things your “teaching,” and it’s your teaching that gives your class a heartbeat.

To grow into an effective and inspiring teacher, you need to develop a set of skills that allow you to communicate clearly, intuitively, and authentically in the classroom. These skills bring your sequence to life and help you respond in real time to the students in front of you. That’s what were going to dive into these 4 weekends. Will you join us?
