Our time together is a deep investigation into yoga postures, an intellectual and experiential journey into ancient yogic techniques, a study of sacred texts, and substantial practice teaching time.

Asana Alignment, Sequencing, Anatomy for Yoga, Accessible Yoga for all Bodies
Yogic Techniques Meditation, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, Chakras, Chanting, and Mantras
Spirituality Yoga Sutras, Bhakti, Dharma Talks, Teaching with a Culturally Aware Mindset, Social Justice & Yoga & “Trauma, Consent & Agency”
*Every aspect of the training is rooted in the teachings and wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and Bhakti Yoga. You link all areas of study together by practice teaching almost every weekend & thoughtful conversations with the group and your mentors.

*Please note: This training will be done in-studio/in-person with the possible exception of a few online lectures with experts who will not be able to travel. In the case there are Covid restrictions or other unforeseen concerns, the training will shift to online. In the case of shifting to online, there will be is no change in the training schedule, no change in the training cost, no refunds, and no transferring to a different training. All contracts, agreements and tuition payments will continue unchanged.
